Thinking of you on the 5th anniversary of your passing and every day forever.

I remember my Aunt Anne with great affection. A woman small in stature but with a great big heart and lots of chat. She was "big" sister to my Mum Elsie, looking very like her, but with twinkling blue eyes instead of hazel. Anne was a woman of courage and determination in the face of life's adversities. She took on the caring role early in life, looking after her younger sister Elsie and younger brother David when their mother Ellen died. I will always remember a lovely holiday I spent as a teenager in her home in Dover. I am thankful for her long life and for good memories of her.

At last I reach my final home
The gates swing open wide
I get a glimpse of glory
I can't wait to get inside.
An angel beckons to me
I hurry up to him
He opens up a golden book
And lets me look within.
I see my name is written
On the page that he turns to
He says you finally made it
I've been waiting here for you
